Store analytics in one dashboard
The Sayiyo dashboard is the store analytics screen of your visitor counting system; it brings hourly entries, peak hours, store comparison and year-on-year comparison together on one screen. You can schedule reports in the dashboard and receive them by email.
With user roles, each store manager sees only their own store and the regional manager sees their region. You can export data as Excel/CSV, integrate your sales data and see the conversion rate on the same screen.
Where do I access the dashboard?
All data is at app.sayiyo.com; you can also reach it from your phone with Sayiyo Mobile.
Is the data real-time?
No. Anonymous entry counts reach the dashboard about every 10 minutes; if the internet drops, data is kept on the device for up to 20 days and transferred once the connection returns.
How do I get reports? Do they come via WhatsApp?
You schedule reports yourself in the dashboard and they arrive by email; raw data can be downloaded as Excel/CSV. Reports are not sent via WhatsApp, and there are no automatic PDF reports.
Can I export the data?
Yes, you can download the raw data as Excel/CSV and use it in your own reports.
Does sales data integrate?
Yes. Once you connect your POS/ERP sales data via API, conversion rate is calculated automatically per store.
