01Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the use of the sayiyo.com website (the “Site”) operated by Rightyon Yazılım Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Sayiyo”). By visiting or using the Site, you are deemed to accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The purchase and use of Sayiyo products and services (devices, the Sayiyo dashboard, Sayiyo Mobile) are additionally subject to the customer contract. In case of any conflict between these terms and the customer contract, the customer contract prevails.

02Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• attempting to disrupt or overload the Site or its infrastructure, or to circumvent its security measures;
• submitting misleading, third-party, unlawful or harmful content through the forms or the live chat;
• crawling the Site with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) without permission or copying its content in bulk;
• using the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).

You are responsible for the information you provide in the forms being accurate and up to date.

03Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, the “Sayiyo” name and product names, software and design, belongs to Sayiyo or its licensors and is protected under the applicable legislation. Other than viewing for personal and informational purposes, the content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without Sayiyo’s prior written permission.

04Accuracy of information

The information on the Site is provided for general information purposes. We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we give no express or implied warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Product features, technical data, images and sample dashboard screens may change without prior notice. Performance figures such as accuracy rates are based on the stated test conditions; results in the field may vary depending on store conditions.

Pricing is prepared specifically for your needs and provided by our sales team. No content on the Site constitutes a binding offer.

05Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”; it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious software.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sayiyo cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, decisions made in reliance on the information on the Site, or third-party services. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.

06Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (e.g. WhatsApp, map services), and some functions, such as live chat (Crisp) and form security (Cloudflare Turnstile), are provided through third-party services. These services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies; Sayiyo is not responsible for their content or practices.

07Personal data

Personal data you submit through the Site is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

08Changes to these terms

Sayiyo may update these terms at any time. The current version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page with its “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the Site, you accept the current terms.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
