POS integration & API · conversion rate Data flows both ways.

Push sales (receipt) data from your POS to Sayiyo and your entries become a retail conversion rate in the dashboard; stock or shift data can go too. Or pull entry data into your own ERP or BI via REST API and webhook. You can also do both together.

Process

Integrated in four steps.

Tell us what should flow where

Do you want to see it in the dashboard alongside sales, or pull entry data into your own system? We decide together.

We set up the direction and connection

To Sayiyo, from Sayiyo, or both ways. With API and webhook we clarify which fields flow, and how often.

We map and test

We match store codes and compare data across sample days. If it checks out, we go live.

You see it on both sides

Conversion rate is calculated in the Sayiyo dashboard; the same data also flows into your system on a regular basis.

For the technical team

Two-way API. Push and pull.

Push sales to Sayiyo and let conversion rate be calculated. Pull entry data into your own system via webhook. Store codes match, you choose the frequency.

No. Entry data is available in Sayiyo by default. Customers who don’t want integration track their data directly from the Sayiyo dashboard.

Most often sales data (receipt count, revenue). Depending on your needs, staff, stock or e-commerce data can also be sent to Sayiyo.

No, it’s two-way. You can send data such as sales to Sayiyo via API, and pull Sayiyo’s entry data into your own system via API or webhook. If you like, you use both together.

Yes. Hourly entry and conversion rate data are sent regularly to your ERP, BI or reporting system via API or webhook.

Conversion rate · POS integration

When the count at the door meets sales at the till

Conversion rate shows how many of the people entering your store turn into sales. Entry data comes from Sayiyo PEOPLE; sales (receipt) data is transferred to Sayiyo via POS/ERP integration, and the dashboard matches the two over the same time window.

Integration works both ways via REST API and webhook: you push sales to Sayiyo and pull hourly entry data into your own ERP, BI or reporting system. For worked examples and benchmarks, see the guides linked above.

What is the conversion rate and how is it calculated?

Conversion rate = number of sales (receipts) ÷ people entering the store. Sales data is transferred via POS/ERP integration. Example: 21 receipts ÷ 100 entries = 21%.
