01What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files saved to your browser when you visit a website. In this policy, similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage) are also treated as “cookies”.

02Cookies and similar technologies we use

We use three kinds of cookies and similar technologies on our website: essential, analytics and marketing. Apart from the essential ones, cookies run only if you give your consent in the cookie banner or the “Cookie preferences” window; no analytics or marketing tag is loaded before you consent.

Essential technologies are required for the site to work securely and are always active. Live chat (Crisp) cookies are not loaded when a page opens; they are loaded only when you start the live chat yourself by clicking the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner, in order to provide the service you requested.

Cloudflare Turnstile, used when you submit a form, processes your IP address and browser/device signals for bot protection and may use the browser’s local storage or similar technical means for this purpose. Turnstile is loaded only when you submit a form.

Analytics cookies (with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, for visit statistics and analysing how the site is used. Microsoft Clarity’s heatmap and session replay features are on; what you type into forms is not included in session replays.

Marketing cookies (with your consent): Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to measure the results of our ads (for example whether a form was sent after an ad) and to show ads to people who may be interested. These tags are also managed through Google Tag Manager; Google tags follow your choice through Google’s Consent Mode.

Google, Meta and Microsoft, which provide the analytics and marketing services, may process data on servers outside Türkiye.

03Changing your preferences

You can view or change your cookie preferences at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. You can delete live chat cookies and local storage data from your browser settings; in that case your previous chat history may no longer be shown in your browser.

When you withdraw your consent, the related cookies are deleted from your browser and these tags are no longer loaded. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
